Directions:
HIRF is located on Level 3 of the Frazer Institute building on the RBWH Herston Precinct. Entry to the Frazer Institute is via Central Drive off Bowen Bridge Road, Herston.
The level as you enter is Level 2. Please take the lift through the glass doors up to Level 3. Entrance to HIRF is via the signed door on the far right side of the reception area. There is a white button to the right-hand side of the door - press for entry.
Parking:
Parking is available off Herston Road (Cornerstone parking) and off Butterfield Street (Point Parking) within the Hospital Campus. If you are mobility impaired, you can contact your researcher or HIRF to arrange closer parking.
Best Drop Off Point:
The closest drop off point to HIRF is on Central Drive. There is a drop off point just after the first zebra crossing, as you approach from Bowen Bridge Road. See here for a diagram.
Travelling by Bus:
The inner northern busway goes past the RBWH hospital and Herston Precinct. The closest bus station to HIRF is the RBWH Busway Station. See here for a photo.
